The mill is ICEA certified for the processing of organic olives.
Antellino is registered in the list of authorized processing mills by the Consortium of Tuscan IGP Oil.


CHARACTERISTICS
The mill offers a modern oil mill, structured for current production needs.
Each element is designed and tested in order to preserve the optimal characteristics of the product.
We are equipped with a cold extraction system with low oxidative impact, annually revised and updated to meet customer needs, designed to guarantee a correct product from both an organoleptic and chemical point of view.
The mill is one of the phases that make up the oil supply chain and our company offers consultancy and assistance on all production phases.
