For over thirty years, the Biagiotti family has carried on the business with great passion.

The story began with Gianfranco Cipriani, a key member of the family, who laid the foundations by establishing the olive mill in 1993 on a pre-existing rural farmhouse.

In the following years, Francesco Biagiotti, together with his wife Simona Cipriani, took over the business, modernising the mill and expanding both the space and the equipment.

For the past couple of years, the third generation has become part of this long-standing family story


The story of the company reflects a deep passion and strong expertise, all aimed at producing a product of the highest quality.
The mill is located in the Florentine hills, just before the village of Osteria Nuova in the municipality of Bagno a Ripoli, only a few minutes from Florence.
After a period of suspended commercial activity, we have decided to return in 2025 to the most important olive oil events and certification programmes.

Over the years, the mill has received numerous certifications, recognising it as one of the most prestigious and quality-focused production facilities, particularly attentive to the organoleptic profile of the final product.


The certifications obtained over the years provide an additional guarantee of quality.

The mill is increasingly aiming towards a sustainable approach, in line with market trends.
