
THE FAMILY


For thirty years now the Biagiotti family has been carrying on the business with great passion.
The story begins with Gianfranco Cipriani, a key member of the family who put down roots by founding the mill in 1993 on an old pre-existing farmhouse.
In the following years, his son-in-law Francesco Biagiotti, together with his wife Simona Cipriani, took over the reins of the company and managed the mill, modernising and increasing the space and machinery.
For a couple of years now, the third generation has become part of the long-standing history.


The company's story reveals a very strong passion and equal preparation in order to create a product with the best properties. The mill is located on the Florentine hills just before the hamlet of Osteria Nuova in the municipality of Bagno a Ripoli, just a few minutes from Florence.
After a period of suspension of the marketing of our oil, we have decided to return to participate in the largest events and certifications for olive oil in 2025.
Over the years, the mill has obtained numerous certifications that identify it as one of the most prestigious production plants and attentive to the creation of an organoleptic profile of the final product.
The certifications obtained over the years represent a further guarantee of quality. Over the years, the mill has increasingly sought to orient itself towards a sustainable perspective that follows the market trend.
