Vi offriremo una nuova frontiera dell'esperienza gastronomica, dove imparerete a conoscere la cucina tradizionale e a scegliere e utilizzare il miglior olio extravergine di oliva (EVOO).
Durante la nostra esperienza, forniremo ai consumatori un viaggio sensoriale completo, non solo sull'EVOO, ma anche sulle tradizioni gastronomiche.
Gli ospiti saranno accompagnati da Giacomo e Federico, le giovani generazioni del Frantoio L'Antellino, che intratterranno il pubblico e li aiuteranno a cucinare, rendendo l'esperienza piacevole e coinvolgente.

What to expect:
● Visit to the Oil Mill: Reach our oil mill and take your wicker basket.
● Olive Grove Walk: Walk in one of our most picturesque olive groves.
● Traditional Tasting: Enjoy traditional food paired with 3 types of EVOO.
The Experience Includes:
● Wicker Basket: Full of Tuscan delights.
● Alcoholic Aperitif: 3 types of local wine with different characteristics to enjoy immersed
in the beautiful countryside.
● EVOO Tasting: Taste 3 to 5 types of extra virgin olive oil.
● Unique Location: A charming place to consume and learn what your food contains
wicker basket.

L'ANTELLINO TASTING
Welcome to a new experience in the Florentine countryside where you can taste one of the Tuscan excellences.
The experience will take place in a historic oil mill where the Biagiotti family creates its product.
You will have the opportunity to taste different olive oils paired with other Italian specialties inside a typical Tuscan villa.
The experience will include a complete tasting of different varieties of EVOO, analyzing the organoleptic differences and learning how to choose and pair it in order to enhance the final product.
Not only will you learn about the final product, but you will also be introduced to the importance of this product and the different ways to consume it.
