OUR EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Compagnia degli oliandoli was founded in 1993 from the name of one of the fourteen minor arts that were established in Florence after 1200.
For more than 30 years, Compagnia degli Oliandoli has been marketing organic extra virgin olive oil, part of the Tuscan IGP “Colline di Firenze” specification.
Our product represents the fusion of tradition with innovation and preserves the organoleptic properties typical of the Tuscan terroir.
For our oil we use only selected olives, hand-picked from our olive groves, and we carefully transform them through a cold pressing process that preserves all the organoleptic and nutritional properties of the oil.
